LandVac is an all new generation tempered vacuum insulating glass developed by LandGlass with independent intellectual property rights. Using LandGlass’ exclave low temperature sealing technology, the product has outstanding features in thermal and sound insulation while retaining the strength and safety of the glass at a high level. LandVac leads the trend of glass applications in green building and upscale home appliances with a new standard for the quality of life.

Fully Tempered

By adopting low temperature sealing technology, LandVac effectively avoids stress decay caused by glass annealing during high temperature sealing process. The surface compressive stress of LandVac at any spot exceeds 90MPa. This makes LandVac the fully tempered vacuum insulating glass that meets safety glass standards without laminating.

Energy Efficient

LandVac has a high vacuum chamber that eliminates any gas heat transfer. By using high-performance Low-E coating, it also considerably suppresses radiation heat transfer and reduces the U-value of LandVac to             0.08 Btu/hft2F. The thermal insulation performance of LandVac is 2-4 times better than insulated glass and 6-10 times than single pane glass. Using LandVac alone will meet all international passive houses heat transfer requirements on windows and doors.

Thin Structure

At the same U-Value, in comparison with triple-pane insulated glass, LandVac weighs less and is much thinner. Less Low-E glass panes promises higher transmittance and improved optical transparency.

Super Long Life

By the adoption of flexible metal edge seal, LandVac has much higher resistance against thermal expansion or contraction caused by the temperature difference between inner and outer surface, free of concerns over seal failure due the organic sealing materials aging. Moreover, the high vacuum chamber of LandVac provides better protection to off line Low-E coating. With the assistance of built-in high efficiency getter material, LandVac can sustain its superior performance against harsh environments and material aging.

Ultimate Dew Point

Thanks to the high vacuum chamber, LandVac effectively eliminate dew condensation within the cavity. Meanwhile, the outstanding insulating capacity of LandVac ensures interior glass surfaces free of condensation even when the outdoor temperature falls to -40 °C

Noise Reduction

The high vacuum chamber of LandVac effectively blocks sound transmission with a weighted sound isolation from 39dB to 43dB, generating a remarkable soundproof effect against mid and low frequency noises such as traffic noises that disturb our daily lives the most.

High Adaptability

Thanks to the high vacuum chamber of LandVac, there will be no expansion or contraction even if the elevation of the location where it’s used is largely different from where it’s manufactured. The heat transfer coefficient of LandVac remains constant regardless of whether it’s mounted horizontally or with an angle, making it suitable for installation at any position around the building.
